About the Captain

 

Captain Joe has been a U. S Coast Guard licensed captain for over 20 years . He has operated and served as mate on party and charter boats from the Cape May/ Wildwood area to Barnegat inlet N.J. for OVER 30 YEARS. Captain Joe lives in North Cape May and has fished the inshore and offshore waters off the New Jersey coast for most of his life.

The OFF DUTY is owner operated and is a FULL TIME CHARTER SERVICE! Captain Joe has the knowledge and insight to make your trip a productive and memorable experience.

My mission is to provide you with a quality fishing trip and treat you to a rewarding experience. 

I don't fish by the clock, I want to catch fish as much as you do!
